For nearly two decades, I was the expert backstage at the Dr. Phil show working with families and individuals in crisis. Step 1: Get in touch
about the issue

Contact me to explain what’s going on with your friend or family member. I’ll ask some questions to understand the situation and determine if an intervention makes sense.

Step 2: Schedule
an intervention

If it makes sense to move forward, I will schedule a time to meet with you to create a customized intervention strategy that includes a firm plan for what happens post intervention.

Step 3: Continue with recommended actions

Following the intervention, I will recommend a plan for the next nine months to a year, which may include outpatient treatment or one-on-one coaching for ongoing support.
