9 Tips for Brain Optimization

Your brain is more powerful than any supercomputer can ever dream to be!

By all measures, IT IS MAGIC.

Ok, maybe you’re thinking, “What is Anthony going on about this time?”

Hear me out! This newsletter may just change your outlook on yourself, your abilities and your life.

“So, how exactly is my mind magic?”

You can control it with your breathing, yet it controls your breath.

You can change your neuropathways and form new brain patterns, even while it’s processing information and making more calculations than any supercomputer could ever dream.

And, you are more than capable of harnessing its power to completely change your life. You will become healthier and have the ability to reshape your emotional landscape. Cool, right?

“How do I harness its power?”

Good question!

First and foremost, treat it well. 

Our bodies and minds are complicated. Not everything will feel easy right away. However, if you treat your brain with kindness and give yourself patience and love, it will work better and more efficiently.

A good place to start is to keep your brain sharp.

Implementing these key practices into your routine is a GREAT place to start.

  1. Stay physically active 
  2. Breathe long slow & deep often
  3. Practice good sleep hygiene 
  4. Work creative projects
  5. Dance to your favorite music
  6. Spend time in nature
  7. Read or write in a journal
  8. Become mindful and present
  9. Explore a new skill, hobby or language

Prioritizing your brain health prolongs your life and enhances its magic. By working these into your routine, you’ll become more alert, at peace, and in tune with your power.
